News on the Gerrards Cross Fun Run
Fun Run Together – where community comes alive
What an incredible day for our community!
On Sunday 17th May 2026, over 800 registered participants joined Fun Run Together, bringing families, friends, volunteers and local businesses together for a fantastic day of fitness, fun and community spirit.
Our two simple aims were to:
- Bring the community together through fitness and fun.
- Raise funds for local charities making a real difference.
We’re delighted to say we achieved both.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, participants, volunteers and supporters, £30,000 was raised and will be distributed equally between our three chosen charities:
- Scannappeal
- Cameron’s Companions
- Gerrards Cross Community Association (GXCA)
Each charity received £10,000 to support its invaluable work within our local community.
A huge thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, sponsored, donated or cheered from the sidelines. This success belongs to all of you.

Looking ahead
Fun Run Together has shown what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared purpose.
